Those quick phone calls

My wife called me this morning to tell me that she had just seen Finnlee (our son) walk past her office window hand in hand with his best friend Leon. He was in a line with the rest of his nursery on their way to the local library. She called me immediately to relay this little magical moment and I was delighted. I could see him in my minds eye striding purposefully towards the place that has lots and lots of books to read.

We do this all the time, my wife and I, a quick phone call to inform or entertain the other about something Finnlee has done. Its like a reflex action and I'm sure we're not alone.

Its these little moments that we will help families record on Memory Pools. We see them as the very fabric of parent hood and more easily forgotten than birthdays and holidays. We intend to make the recording of them as easy as picking up the phone. And ultimately hope the recording of them becomes a reflex action like the quick call.
